If the personal data that we process of you are incorrect, or are incomplete or irrelevant for the data processing, or are otherwise processed in violation of a law, you can report such to us. ParXtra Trading uses only analytical cookies (using Google Analytics). ParXtra Trading does not use tracking cookies or functional cookies. The retention period
ParXtra Trading will not keep your personal data any longer than necessary. If we have processed your personal data for direct marketing, we will keep your personal data for at most 14 days, so that we can help you quickly and adequately if you wish to use the services of ParXtra Trading. As soon as the 14 days have lapsed or it has otherwise become unnecessary to keep your personal data, your personal data will be destroyed.
If you have entered into an agreement with ParXtra Trading, your personal data will be kept for as long as the agreement remains in effect. If you terminate the agreement, your personal data will be erased within a term of three months after the notice of termination.
Security measures
ParXtra Trading considers it important that your personal data are processed as carefully as possible. To that end, ParXtra Trading has taken the following measures to secure the processing of your personal data:
List of recipients
Your data will be processed within ParXtra Trading by the Finance Department and – with a view to answering your question or the performance of the agreement – by our lawyers. In the event of direct marketing, your data will be processed by a supporting legal assistant and the office manager.
Your personal data will not be provided to third parties.

Personal data obtained through different means
ParXtra Trading will not use for marketing purposes any personal data purchased or otherwise obtained from third parties.
Relevant laws and regulations
ParXtra Trading conforms to all laws and regulations relevant in the context of privacy protection, in particular the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation.
